Memory gems give 5 Memory berries, which you can obtain from Memory fruits (from the Cash Shop). One memory berrie gives you 5 times the exp that you get from the memory lotuses.
These gems and lotuces drops from the Bloodstone Beasts, found in the Hunting Grounds in the afk training area.

In addition - you can make more than 400-500 Memory gems and 1200 lotuses per day if you want. But! The area is said that enables pvp, but this is only for pvp servers. And more importantly - these beasts are precious prey. They spawn every hour and there are almost always peoples who wait for them and kill them. Change the realms, you never know when you will find more of them.

They are neutral level = you can kill them only with your basic atk. Dont forget your PET! It can help you to kill them a lot faster.
